I was able to reproduce the issue with your form #50917341125146, it generates a blank PDF.
I have attached a bug report ticket to this thread and escalated it to our Next Level Support.
We will keep you updated via this thread.

Sorry for the late response. I made some fixed today and tested within your account. So far it seems well, you should be able to obtain your PDF form. Thanks for your patience.

I tried it again, but the PDF file doesn't come out right. I have Chinese characters in my form and the formatting and Chinese characters all become weird codes.
