Have searched for this for a while, not finding an answer...hoping it is possible...
We want to send a form submission to multiple people, we know how to set that up,
problem is, it sends individual emails to all of those people or uses BCC and cannot see others on the email string.
We want to CC / Copy all of those recipients on the string so they can Reply All etc.
Is this possible?
If so how do we set this up?

I believe the email system actually sends seperate emails for each entity in the recipients list.
its not possible unfortunately to send emails CC like you ask with JotForm. The emails will just look more and more like spam to email service providers and we have enough issues with users having notification mails being dumped into spam folders. Its just not really going to be worth the developers time rejigging the entire email system to add this feature.
A possible workaround is to set up an central email address, send your notifications to that, on that account, setup a rule to recognise those notifications mails, then forward the mail onto your CC'd list. It should be relatively easy to setup on gmail (for example), and should work well.
Hope that helps.

"I believe the email system actually sends seperate emails for each entity in the recipients list."
When I get a notification it shows me and everyone on reccepients list all the emails on that list.
Than when I hit -reply- it shows email@example.com even though it is set to
in notifications. We can't reply without copy paste.

Its was changed so that one mail goes out to everyone on a notification list rather than a seperate mail for each one.
If you care to open a new thread detailing your issue, including the form ID and/or the URL where its embedded (just so we can check for any misconfiguration issues) , we can go through the options open to you to try to resolve this.

Thank you for a quick reply.
Her is the form 20403754954
I would really appreciate if it was possible for emails to be sent out separately or at least hide the email addresses in BCC.
Thank you very much for your help.

Its going to be a bit of a chore this, but just create a new Notifictation for each of the email addresses on your notification list.
You may end up with 8 or so different Notifications each with a different email address on it.
Let us know if you need any help working through that.
