billing issue with subscription

    Hi I tried to upgrade my account and it created me a new account. So I canceled the subscription and now I need to be refunded the 9.95 or the 9.95 needs to be applied to photoworksusa my existing account whichever works best. Or I can try all over again once I am refunded.
