My card was automatically charged for another month when I had no intention of using jotform another month. I had no idea this was a 'subscription' so was really annoyed to see my card had been charged again.
Please cancel this month's charge, I do not have need for it.

Upon your request, I have cancelled your subscription and you will not be billed again. I have also processed the refund for last order #INT150416-1009-24227B. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
I have also downgraded your account to free plan.
