I am trying to set up an order form for my track shirts - this is my first ever form. I duplicated a template which uses the Purchase Order payment. I have all my products and info in the form, it works as expected, but the submission never shows which products were ordered or a total. That is completely blank.
Can't figure this out... can you help?

It seems that there is an issue with the form or template. I've tried creating a new form by adding the products normally to the Purchase order field which worked perfect.
Could you please try removing the Purchase Order field and add the products fresh to a new PO field?
