Getting weird errors like not being able to save with this link attached
When I set up the account there was a /user/bins error too.
Does this mean the account is not set-up properly?

One of our servers had an hard disk failure. Since it wasn't down completely and only giving errors occasionally, we did not catch this one immediately. We are now looking into the problem.
JotForm should work fully now since other servers has taken over the load. You should not see any errors any more.
