Google Speadsheet Integration: Error Invalid cell coordinate 2

My form was previously integrated into Google spreadsheets however we have noticed that some fields that are complete in submissions are not showing up in Google.  We un-integrated the form and tried to re-integrate the form but received this message:

Sorry, we couldn't create the integration.

Error: Invalid cell coordinate 2

Is there a reason why this is not working?  How do we fix this and get all the data across?

It's possible that this is related to a cache problem. Could you try logging out, clearing your browser's cache and logging back in, just to make sure, please also do refresh the page first and clear your form's cache. Re-integrate Google Spreadsheet and see if that resolves the problem. 

If that didn't work, try another web browser, see if you're experiencing the same.
