I followed the instructions to add a CNAME record in my DNS setup for: Forms.northpointam.com (host record is "Forms") pointing to the custom.jotform2.com url and the links still don't work. I made this CNAME entry 24 hours ago.
The original Jotform URL is:
http://form.jotform.us/form/50907582517157
But I want it to be:
http://forms.northpointam.com/form/50907582517157
but still does not work after making the CNAME entry.
Am I doing something wrong? Have I missed a step? DO I also need to add an "A" record?

Hi,
Have you followed the video tutorial found here: http://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform. If you check the link http://forms.northpointam.com/, it doesn't forward to JotForm website, which it should according to the video tutorial.
Also, it might be an issue with the DNS of the web hosting company, you can contact to confirm if this will work.
Kind regards.
