If you could let us know the form you are having trouble with and what specifically is not working, we will be happy to have a look. If the error is something caused by us and you were unable to use your forms for the past two months, we will be happy to credit you for any subscription time you may have lost.

David, the form is a trade in form, probably requested by AutoRevo for American Auto Brokers
