Jot Form tells me my user name and email do not exist. I purchased a professional subscription yesterday.

I see that your account associated with this email address is holding professional status. However, I see that the account is having an autogenerated guest username. If you have forgotten your password, you may request for a password reset from the login screen by using your email address.
You should be receiving a password reset link to the account registered email. Also, if you want to have a custom username to your account, please provide us with any 2 or more usernames of your choice so that we can change it for you.
