Blank Form Email

    Another problem we have is that some forms reach us by email regarding all data while others come to us blank (empty). When we opened through JotForm inbox but if they appear in the mail that we receive these data do not appear. This is very IMPORTANT to us.

    Hi,

    If the data appeared in the form submissions page, but not in email, then the issue could be related to the field names or tags in the settings. The best way to fix this is to re-create the whole settings.

    You have to delete the existing notifiers: http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder.
