    Form ID - 13034846124

    http://www.kitchendoorworkshop.co.uk/quote.html?doorStyle=Roma&doorColour=Matt%20Stone%20Grey

Had a number of customer complaints that the next button at the bottom of page one does not work all the time

Also - the form data carried in the URL (example shown above) does not always populate the fields correctly.

    Thanks very much

    Robert

    For your Form embed code,

    Can you try using:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.jotform.com/jsform/13034846124"></script>

    instead of

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://form.jotform.com/jsform/13034846124"></script>

Let us know if that helps at all.

    Thanks.

    http://www.kitchendoorworkshop.co.uk/quote.html?doorStyle=Roma&doorColour=Matt%20Stone%20Grey

Also, the next button at the bottom of page 1 does not work

HOWEVER - when I refresh the page it works fine

It all seems to working fine here Robert.

Maybe it was just an small glitch downloading a script on your home PC; have any users of your form reported any issues?
