My form is not collecting data.

    We just realized that the form has not been collecting submissions since December. We have tested it and it does not work. 


    1) How can we fix this?


    2) How can we retrieve the missing submissions? There have been many. 


    We rely on these forms and recommend your product to our clients. Assistance is appreciated thank you!

    I found that your jotform was still under the Guest Account only. You must have created it while not logged in to your account.

    I have resolved the issue by moving the form and all its existing submission data to your current account  amybrightman

    You may need to relogin to jotform at to be able to see the updates in your My Forms 

    Please let us know if there are still issue.
