Is it possible to display submissions in a custom format with a picture uploaded through form

I am building an online listings page and would like info on how to display the listings in a custom format with a little picture in the listing

Please check the HTML Table Report.

user guide: -How-to-create-an-HTML-Table-Listing-Report

If there is an image uploaded in the submission, it will also appear on the HTML Table Listing Report as thumbnail image size.
