Theme not being applied on Form

I have tried to apply a theme several times, followed each step and it never saves. I can see it but not in preview etc. The theme should be coral.

When I checked your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51077596358972 on my browser, I see it like this which I think is the Coral theme.

Are you not able to see the same?

Try also clearing first your browser's cache and check again.
