I need to update the credit card on file, but I can't login to https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/account_login.jsp
I tried the "forgot password" link, but it didn't recognize my e-mail address.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact Plimus Support regarding your account information. You may proceed to http://home.plimus.com/ecommerce/contact-us or just use the "Have a question" button found at the bottom of the page. JotForm does not have access to your Plimus account.
