Email notification is not working

    I have set up three forms at I created conditions on each one that if the name field is filled, it should send an email notification to my email at  This is not working.  Please advise.

    I have checked your form conditions and it appears that you have 2 conditions set on the same field which will be sent on different email address. If you would like it to send on multiple email address, please try to delete all your conditions and do it this way:
