Why is field data missing in autoresponder?

    Studio Owner, Number and Phone is not being filled in the autoresponder email I have created for only certain users. In this scenario, it happened to cdemarco@merlenorman.com.

    Please update the Autoresponder E-mail template of the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50896941062966  and make sure the correct field names were being used in the message body.

    I suggest you click-on-the-field-name as opposed to typing it manually when adding them to the email template. Please see screenshot for guidance

     

    as you can see on the screenshot as an example -- the 'Studio Owner' was using an old field name.. if you click on the field names on the right panel, the correct one will be added.

    Do the correction to all the fields in the email template that have missing output in the sent email.
