Different between SSL Secure Submissions and monthly submissionsAsked by kacrealtyllc on April 20, 2015 at 07:17 PM
Could you tell me the difference between the SSL Secure Submissions and monthly submissions? I have the free account and I was notified that I have almost reached my limit. When I looked at the details of the free account I noticed we can have 100 monthly submissions (which we don't even come close to) but only 10 SSL Secure submissions.
Thank you for contacting us.
To clarify, the FREE account is allowed up to 100 submissions per Month.
The breakdown can be like this
90 regular submission
10 SSL submission
10 payment submission.
Both SSL and Payment submissions are up to 10 only per Month.
If you exceed the limits of 10 (i.e. 11 SSL) within the month, you will not be able to received and send submissions on the account anymore. The account itself will be blocked.
You can still logged in to the account to check your forms and data, but you will not be able to submit submissions on all the forms anymore.
If you exceed 100 regular submissions (101 submissions) , it will be considered Overlimit also.
The 100 submission limit comprise all the submissions (i.e 98 regular, 1 SSL, 1 Payment)
Hope this help. Let us know if you need further clarification
