Payment Widget not Appearing in Form in any form

    The Stripe Payment section of a form is not appearing in the form.

    I have tried all the different embed codes, and even the Preview code--still nothing.

     

    I removed the products and added them back. Still nothing.

    The Stripe tool will not show in the form http://www.jotform.us/form/43436373975162 because there is an erroneous conditional statement on the form.

    The conclusion result doesn't match any answer in the field "Please select all that apply" field. So, it will never be true -- thus the Stripe tool will never be shown.

    Please update the conditional statement. The user guide should help.
