1. For Developer how Do I integrate the form to my database?
Unfortunately there is no direct way to send your form's submission data to your own database. But, with a little workaround it is possible to achieve your requirement. Here are the options available:
#1. You can take advantage of our "Send Post Data" feature to post the input data to your own thank you page. Then in your thank you page, you can write your own scripting code to read teh post data and save it to your own database.
