    Hi,

I'm not sure if I understood your concern fully. Are you referring to the direct link of the form found in the "Embed Form" options?

Did you meant that when you are distributing the direct link via email the email notification when the form is filled has no content? If that is the case, it is highly possible that the email body in the "Emails" setup is not updated.

Here's the email body/template that you need to check:

    1. Click the "Emails", choose a notification to edit or just create a new one.

    2. You should be able to see the option to edit the email template/body of your notification, here you can re-add the field tags that corresponds to the form fields, sometimes these changes if you change the names of the fields, so it would be best to check after finalizing the form that the correct tags are use, or you can just create a new notification.

You can check this guide on how to setup email notifications: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

Do let us know if I misunderstood your concern.

    Kind regards.
