Form Error: Form over limit

    When clicking on the embedded for (http://www.jotformpro.com/scholars/Become-a-Mentor) we receive the error message: 

    Form over quota
    This form has exceeded its allocated quota.
     
    This is happening for all forms. This is URGENT. We deleted some old forms, and also created a copy of one of the forms to see if either of those things would resolve this issue. They did not, and we cannot send out these surveys until this is resolved.

    The reason why this has happened is because you are on a Free plan, yet you have allowed big uploads on your forms so at this time you are using: 453.40 MB and only 100 MB is allowed for the free plan.

    You will either need to upgrade to Premium (or some other) plan.

    I would always suggest upgrading to the plan that best matches your monthly requirements.

    The alternative is to delete the submissions that are connected to the files, releasing the space allocated with the files.

    An important thing to note is that while this would release space so that you are no longer over the limit, with it your data is permanently removed as well so I suggest to do this only after you have downloaded and saved the data that you are about to remove.
