my question is regarding billing.....according to your website the pricing begins after 100 submissions per month. What happens after 100 ? do I receive an email with a invoice for 9.95 $

The free accounts are limited to receive 100 submissions per month. Once the account has reached its limit by receiving 100 submissions, the account shall be provided with a day or two before the forms are disabled to upgrade your account if you have to receive more submissions for the month. You may upgrade your account then or wait for the first day of the following month so that the submissions counter shall be reset to zero.
If you upgrade your account to a paid subscription, you'll be able to get the invoices downloaded right from your account from the billing section.
