my login has been suspended. Why? and how do I get back in please?

    I can't seem to log in to my JotForm account.  Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

    I see that your JotForm is accepting credit card information using plain text fields which is not secure and not allowed through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated account shall be disabled automatically. Please refer to our terms of usage. It is required to use one of our payment tools in order to receive any payments through your JotForms. These payment integrations are secured and comply with PCI security standards to process online payments.

    Please confirm if you want us to delete the guilty fields from the JotForm so that we can proceed to activate your account.
