How can I validate a field based on a database list?

We have two serial number type fields on our form, and we'd like the form to automatically cross-check the user's entry with a list of valid serial numbers that we can provide.

Unfortunately, there is no built-in database to form integration options available at JotForm. If you need a custom functionality you might consider modifying a form source code.

If the amount of the serial numbers is not big, it might be possible to use conditional logic. In this case, you will need to add the serial numbers via JotForm and setup your conditional actions.
