JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
Sub user account is a great feature that lets you have other people access your account from within their own (sub) account, but only with the limitations that you set for them - like which forms you would like to share and if they can edit the forms or only see the data submitted.
For example, if you want a webdesigner to create and edit your form, you just have him as a sub account user and allow him access to specific folder or specific form and they can never see the data.
On the other hand you might have people that should collect the data to process it for you, but they often "break" (change) something in the form along the way, so you add them as sub user accounts that can only take a look at the specific or all forms submissions and separate the one from the other.
