How to send 1 Autoresponder to all submitted Email fields on the form?

In most cases you have 1 E-mail field on a form. That's easy to set up as an Autoresponder recipient E-mail.

But if you have many E-mail fields on the form that all needs to receive the same Autoresponder, how to accomplish that, since Jotform only let you select 1 single (not multiple) form field to set as an Autoresponder recipient?

    Hello MDMDM.

Please note that you can set up multiple Auto Responders, with setting a different "Email" field as a recipient in each. In essence, you'll have to set up as many Auto Responders as there are Email fields on your form.

First, click on Setup & Embed, Emails, Add New Email, Autoresponder.

Please set each auto responder to match a different email field that was entered on your form.

That is it. After setting up these Auto Responders, all entered email addresses should receive an email upon submission.

You can check this guide on how to set up Auto Responders:

    Dear Bokid,

Thank you. This works perfect. And it's easy to copy and past the same Autoresponder contents in the other Autoresponders, so my intention to use 1 Autoresponder for multiple E-mail fields can be set up easily. Thanks, I'm glad to know.

    With kind regards,
