do i need a SSL form

when a customer is contacting us with there name email and phone number, does the form need to be ssl secure.

Having SSL enabled for your form is not a requirement when you are asking for a customer's phone number and email address.

Please note that you may want to do so for added privacy of your customers, but it is not a technical requirement.
