Hi, I submitted this inquiry a few months back and never got a response. We have been premium users of this platform for quite some time now and are fairly disappointed with the lack of service on your end.
We recall that before we had been able to view the IP addresses of every submission that comes to our form. We no longer are able to do so. How can we re-enable this feature?
It is imperative to our business that we are able to log this information for extreme cases. If we do not receive a response with how to re-enable this solution by Monday afternoon, we will be forced to shift our services to a competing product that does allow us the ability to view IP addresses of all submissions.

In order for you to get the IP addresses of those who have submitted your forms, please follow the steps below:
1 - Open Jotform Home page My Forms, click on the form you want to have the IP information.
2 - Click on Submissions button.
After that you will get the following screen:
Click on Preferences button and the Time Frame screen will pop up.
Scroll down to see the report of all submissions, there will be an IP column assigned of the report:

In defense of you great folks in Support - his original question was on Feb 11th and it was answered by Welvin within a few hours - I guess the poster just didn't bother to check!!
