How do i direct where the form is submiited to?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. 

Do you mean to say that you want to redirect users to some other page after the form is submitted? You will have to actually set the custom thank you URL of your form. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page
