I want to change the person who is notified when a form is completed. I go into the notifier set up change the email address but its doesn't work!

Would you mind sharing the link to the form, so that we can take a look and see if something is wrong?

If you have only one Email Notification active, as seen in the image below, you can change the recipient email by following this guide:
If there are multiple Notifications set up, you need to make sure that you are editing the correct Notification.
If there is any Condition associated with that Notification, as seen on the image below, please make sure you are updating the associated Condition as well.
