Large uploaded files doesn't get synced to Google Drive

    Hi,

    we have a simple form that let users upload a movie. The maximum filesize for upload is set to 500MB. The form is connected to Google Drive.

    When a user uploads a small movie. Eg. 20MB, the file get synced to Google Drive.
    When a user upload a large movie eg. 350MB the file is only visible i JotForm. Google Drive gets the summary PDF, but not the movie-file. Is there a limit for how big the files are to get synced to Google Drive.

    I've done a little more testing and it seems the limit is around 100MB-150MB. Files below that size gets forwarded to my Google Drive account.

    I was able to receive 50MB and 160MB files to my Google Drive via test upload form. I will try with some bigger files and get back to you later.

    299MB and 300MB files were not uploaded to my Google Drive, so I have attached a ticket to this thread and escalated it to our Development Team.

    We will update this ticket as soon as we have more information from our developers.

    Done more testing and the file size limit with the JotForm - Google Drive intergration is 250MB. I generated two files one that is 249MB and another that is 256MB. The first one was forwarded to Google Drive the second didn't.

    It should be possible to forward larger files to Google Drive. I succesfully forwarded a 480MB file that was uploaded to Jotform with Balloon to my Google Drive folder.

    Unfortunately, we do not have any updates at this time. As far as I can see, the bug report ticket is still open in our system.

    As of testing, I've managed to upload a 313mb file today and it successfully transferred to my Google Drive account.
