Getting error while import a form from URL

When I try to import a form into my account from an URL using the above instructions , I am keeping an error like this;

"Form not found: Form Id is missing or irregular"

The URL: http://www.jotform.us/crussell10/New-Listing-Form

Hi Bill,

You should use the actual form URL instead of the custom URL. The form URL is http://www.jotform.us/form/41673665442156.

I made as that but my ex form is blocked. Why?
