How to embed custom jotform "thank you" page on my site also

    I'm using a form that has a "thank you" custom url that shows the results of the assessment. Is there a way to get this "thank you" page to also show up on my site?

    Hi, phiblue29,

    I hope I was able to get your concern straight for me to help you right away. I just need some clarifications with your request. I have cloned your form and was able to find the Custom URL as your Thank You message. However, I am sorry if there is still a need for me to clarify some things, especially this part, "Is there a way to get this "thank you" page to also show up on my site?".

    How would you like the "Thank You" message show up on your site? And, on what condition?

    Please help us understand your request by explaining it more as we want to help you further.

    We will wait and look forward to your kind response.

    Thank you so much for using JotForm.

    Kind regards,

    Mike_G

    I'd like the thank you page to also show up on my "YPE" website. Presently the thank you page opens up as a jotform page.

    the content of the page on my YPE site just like the form presently does. The content that shows on the thank you page is based on the 'score' that's accumulated by taking the assessment.

    hope this helps.

    Hi,

    Since your current setup forwards to another form that pulls data from the first form and fills in the related fields, it would not be possible to have your users redirected to a page within your site.  This is the thank you page URL I saw.

    http://form.jotform.us/form/50627636973162?overallResults={score}&relationshipResults={relationship}&givingmanagementResults={give}&creditdebtResults={credit}&budgetsavingResults={budget}

    Since your thank you page is indeed a JotForm form, it would not be possible to redirect to your website first, then fill the form with data from the first form.  It is possible to embed the form you use for your thank you page to your website, just not to use it in the same manner you are currently.
