my subscription is for 10,000 submission and I'm getting "form over quota" error message after only 965 submissions. Can you please fix ASAP

I see that the account talpeleg is having an active subscription of Economy monthly that was started 26 Mar 2015. But it seems that the form and submission count that you are referring to is associated to a different account pledge2protectnyc which is also having an Economy status with the recent payment through PayPal. As I tried to test submit your JotForm, I was able to submit it normally without any issue. It seems that the issue is now resolved with the change in subscription.

Can you please go ahead and cancel the billing for the talpeleg account? I'm confused as 'talpeleg' was created under the account 'pledge2protect' so my assumption was that the billing is done by account, rather than user.
And currently, I'm double billed.

As per your request, I've cancelled the active subscription of Economy Monthly on talpeleg account. The account shall be holding Economy status till your next billing date and then converted to free subscription.
