How can I make an email auto responder more user friendly

I have a form and some of the fields accept multiple lines of text. I have tried to make it in the email auto responded have the headings on top and the line/s of data underneath with adequate spacing, but it always reverts back to the minimum spacing which is harder to read.

    Hello mhowe479,

Please test the following cloned form by sending a test submission and see if the autoresponder you receive displays the data correctly as expected:  http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51132192483955?

Do get back to us if this looks good and we will replicate it in your form as well.

    Thank you!

    Hello mhowe479,

It seems the autoresponder email alert was not configured correctly in my cloned form and that is the reason why you have not received it. Sorry about that.

Please test the following cloned form again and see if it displayed the content of autoresponder email correctly:  http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51132192483955?

I did test it and the autoresponder email displays the content correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hi,

I tested this and it works pretty well, but would it be possible to extend the size of the Description (from Bookmaster) field so tit doesn't have to wrap around the text unless it is really long? This field is the name of the book so is generally at least 20 characters long.

Should I consider making the font size smaller also?

    Hi,

You can actually set the widths of your table rows, in my end I added "style='min-width:value;'" in the table data. Here's an example.

    1. In your "Emails" setting, customize the email template.

    2. After clicking the HTML editor, you can add the styling inside the table data rows.

I cloned your form for testing purposes, you can check it here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51371530349957. You can clone it also. Make sure though that you notifications in "Emails" are setup up properly. Do let us know if you need more information on this.

    Thank you.
