Cancel Subscribtion

Hello, please I just want to use the one with 100 where I don´t have to pay anything. But the system doesn´t allow me to change it by myself. Thank´s in advance for your help. Best wishes! Gerhard Feiner

Since you were using Paypal payment for your subscription, you also need to cancel the subscription in your paypal account.

Please follow this steps:

1. Log in to your PayPal account

2. Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm

3. Click on the subscription number for that transaction

4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
