Is there a way to make JotForm compatible for smart phone usage?

We run a non-profit rescue and have encountered a problem with our adoption application. We've noticed that it doesn't work when people try to use it from their phone. Is there a way to fix that?

Occasionally forms embedded using our regular Javascript embed method do not play nice on mobile.  Especially when it comes to apple devices.  In this case, I usually recommend trying the iFrame embed method instead:

This usually allows for the form to work on most mobile devices.  If it does not, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
