I followed the instructions to enable the email notification within each form - send the test emails after making sure that my email as recipient was correct - nothing. Checked my spam filter - nothing there. Am I missing something?

I have checked Email Notification inside of your form and it is set properly.
Also I submitted one of your forms and submission was sent successfully.
I can suggest to contact your email provider and request them to add JotMail's IP Addresses to their whitelist.
