Inside of this article you can find out how to Display Images on Secure Forms:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/172-How-to-Display-Images-on-Secure-Forms

Considering that your images are located inside of your Inject Custom CSS of your form

How to make secure url of image inside of SSL form Image 1 Screenshot 20

you need to find your images inside of your Inject Custom CSS and re-upload them again like it is describe in the article I provided to you. And then change URL of images in Inject Custom CSS save your form.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
