I want use Jotform contactforms inside several interactive video's with different emailadresses.

My question is how to handle with subusers because every video is for different clients?

An example of a testform inside a video you can watch at : >> at 22 seconds.

Please send me a reply a.s.a.p so I can work with your forms!!

    Best Regards,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your question.

I've watched the video and I see that a form is displayed in it, but I'm not sure what do you mean when you say sub users. You can share your forms with a sub user as mentioned here:, but I don't think this is what you're referring to.

Do you want to show a different form depending on the client that is watching it? Or?

If you could provide more details about what you want to accomplish we can certainly provide a more accurate answer.

    Thanks for your reply,

I will try to explain it better.

Now I'm a free user and can make several forms with my user login and email, but when I produced a new video for a new client with an other emailaddress, must this client also login as a free user or must I upgrade self to a Premium or Economy user?

I think when I login as a free user and my clients do the same, JotForm doesn't earn money with the subscription, so that's why I ask it earlier if I must work with subusers?

I hope that you understand it better now and I hope to hear you again

Looking at the video now Erik there is no jotform shown at 22 seconds, so I presume that it was removed.

Now in regards to your question, if I understood you correctly, you would like to know if your client must log into jotform if they are to fill out the jotform.

If this is the question, then no, they would not need to do that.

As long as they can access your form, they can fill it out for you and that is it - no need for the account (unless they want to create their own forms as well :) ).

Also as a free user you could have one sub-user account - which is an account that can access to edit your jotforms (not only fill them out) and that can see all of the submissions on your jotforms - both depending on your actual setup. Based on this you only need a sub-user account if you want to allow them access to made submissions and/or to the forms (to edit them).

My question is how to handle with subusers because every video is for different clients?

This part however tells me that you are looking for a way to show a different video to different people / clients based on some criteria since not all of the videos are the same.

Hopefully the above had shine some light to you in regards to your question, but if not, please do let us know as well as if my last comment right above is correct.

    Thanks for your answer

Yes the video is removed at 22 seconds and has now placed at 03:50 min.

I'm not strong in communicate in English but I will try it another time because I think that we don't understand eachother.

When I login to Jotform with my emailaccount ( then that emailadress is standard for all my forms and I will receive with that emailaccount the forminput, BUT when I make a new video for a new client then he has his own Emailaddress, so :

    1) must this new client with his own emailaccount login as a free user
    2) or can I changed my emailaddress into the emailaddress from my client?

When I receive that answer I can further with my video's and the forms inside the video!!

I suppose when you say "when I make a new video for a new client" you mean creating a new form. If that is correct, you can simply setup the email notification for each form, please see this guide:

In this way, you just add your client email address in the recipient e-mail field:

So, your client will receive the submissions, in other words "form inputs". Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.
