    Hello,

You guys are way above me when it comes to stuff like this.  I don't know if Jotform has an ability for customizing buttons yet?

Here is an example of a form that I tried to re-create.  It's not a huge deal if I can't recreate it, but I thought I would ask

My form is called "Sell For Top Dollar"

    Thanks

    Jonathan,

That would be awesome if something similar could be done.   How can I upload this into my library of forms?  I would need to change the website link at the bottom, but that I can do easily.

    Thank you!

    Brett

    Hi, Brett,

In order for you to clone the form that my colleague, Jonathan, have created, you may follow this guide and use the Form URL he provided above.

For you to be able to add this to your web page you need to embed the cloned form when you are in Edit mode.
