    Are you getting any error message when you try to upgrade your account? Which payment method you are having this issue with?

    hello ashwin than you for your answer

    i dont getting any error message. just after i input my credit card number 

    "We regret that your payment or order could not be accepted. There are many reasons why this might occur. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance."

    i am using credit card method.

    im already use your link but the message show again

    Hello,

    As mentioned on the message, it seems there is issue with your Credit Card account.

    Please make sure you are providing the correct information/details of the account during the process of payment.

    Can you tell us which of the option provided by our colleague Ashwind you had used?
