How do I delete my account, or company is closing?

I've checked your account and I see that you have a premium subscription currently active that is scheduled to end on May 20, 2015. On the mentioned date you account will be downgraded to a free plan which means that no further charges will be made.

Once the account is downgraded we can delete it for you upon request, but you must be aware that when an account is deleted all its related information is lost which means that you won't be able to access the submitted information if the account is deleted.
