I see that there are 13495 submissions on 1st April 2015. I am able to replicate the issue as I tried to download the submissions for this date.
Let me also forward the issue to our next level support to take a look. You'll be posted through the thread once we have any update on the issue.

Guys, we are getting tired with the persistent issues with Jotform; we are in the highest category of your clients, have a lot of business but your support and downloading issues has become unsustainable for us.
We are also a young company but this is no way to treat your main clients; In case this is not solved and you are unable to hand us a support person's number, we will have no option but to migrate to some other player.

Guys, our of our clients is really pissed off with us because of Jotform and in case we dont remedy the situation, there is just one conclusion of shutting down the usage here.

A fix has just been made and I have successfully downloaded your submissions, 3,000 row in each.
Please let us know if it still persists.
