I have requested password resets but nothing has come to my email: email@example.com

I checked our logs and it does appear as though the password reset email are being sent to "firstname.lastname@example.org":
Check your spam/junk mail folders to make sure the emails are not being filtered. As far as I can tell, the reset emails are being sent successfully.
If they are not in your spam/junk mail box. Let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.
