We had a bad luck with you

    Greetings,

I am a manager of a software company - ERP Solution

    We were launching our website.

Rather than developing our forms, I have decided to use your services for into our website.

I have decided to go with the $20/Month plan

I have asked my team to intensively test your product and give me a report.

3 of my employees have used a free account to evaluate and test.

==>All of the sudden, the service was stopped, and we were banned to access your website.

Please limit your service by time

    Or

    Just give a nice waning

Never slam the door like this.

Now I can Access your we site from a d different place.

How can I get the service, and unblock them.

Finally, how can I get a guarantee that, you will never slam your door suddenly.

Please give 1 to 3 nice & firm warnings.

==> My company is located in Egypt

I am sending this message from Saudi Arabia

How can I recommend your company service to others ( I have many Customers)

    Thanks

Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences caused.

It is most likely that your account(s) were automatically blocked by our anti-phishing filter.

The problem is that we receive a lot of phishing forms (sensitive information stealing) in Arabic, due to that fact our anti-phishing filter is not quite friendly to Arabic forms.

Please provide us with associated account names, so we will be able to review and unblock them.

Finally, how can I get a guarantee that, you will never slam your door suddenly.

We can recommend upgrading account to one of our paid plans. We do not block any paid accounts without human check, so this will be a 100% protection for your paid account. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that our phishing protection will not consider one of your Arabic forms as suspicious.
