I've set up a form that requires the user to choose what they're filling and then take them to the page by pressing 'Next'

I've set the following Conditions in the form:

If the user select Internal Movement it should take them to Page 3; however, when we test this; it's taking them to next page instead. This goes for all the conditions we've set.

The form was previously working until Monday so we're not sure what's causing the problem. I've duplicated and also recreated the form but the same thing happens.

    Hello Ray,

What is your JotForm account username or the email address you used in your account profile? I am unable to find any details with your email address

Alternatively you can also let us know your form ID / form URL and we will take a look. I did test this issue in my own form and I am unable to replicate it. The condition to skip to any page seems to work as expected. Please check the screenshot below:

Please take a look at the following demo form and see if this works as expected: Feel free to clone this form for a closer look at the conditions I have added. The following guide should help you in form cloning:

    Thank you!

I am having the same issue. I set my condition to skip to a page if conditions are met and it is not doing so. Any chance you can see why? username is PRHDP and my email is

My condition should be if you select no to the float option it takes you to the aggrement page, there you agree to the terms to get paymnt option, if they select money order or check it jumps to page 3 to submit. If they select paypal they should jump to page 2 for payment. I have set them up and nothing is happening.
