What are the main methods used to export form submissions?

    Asked by K. R. on April 28, 2015 at 01:57 AM
Can a PDF of collected information be generated upon submission? Or would it be a spreadsheet? What format would the submission result be accessible as?

I believe what you want to know here is mainly the common the methods used to export your form submission as an output of your submission data.

The three most common ways to do this are found right in your submission viewer. They are Excel, Csv, and Pdf. Please see this guide involving Exporting form data via Excel as an example.

Excel and CSV are your obvious spreadsheet styled outputs. If you want something similar to that we also have a Google Spreadsheet Integration. Alternatively, you can have Excel behave similar to google spreadsheet online through the use of our Excel Report. Whereas the PDF output it is in the standard PDF Format and is more directed at only showing you the submission data that you are collecting to simplify it.

If you need more help with anything else just ask us in a new thread.
